I went down to Sedona on thursday to do another choss-fest multi-pitch and also to look at one of the test piece cracks of the area, Red Planet. We did the 4 pitches of Mars attack pretty fast then rapped into Red Planet. I pretty much aided up it to put up a top-rope and tried it once and deciding that it was really hard.

For the weekend, Suzu and I decided to go out to Red Rocks to meet Taylor and Ethan for a little bouldering. We also convinced Sarah to come with us. It was a pretty fun weekend hanging out with old friends and climbing on some fun problems. Suzu sent the pearl after getting close last year, and I was able to do progressive guy, stake your claim, americana exotica, tailpipe, and the fountainhead. Even though I had such a productive weekend it didn’t really seem satisfying, not like sending an awesome trad line.
